Gainesville Road Race Club track day

Gainesville Road Race Club track day
Where: Gainesville Raceway
When: 2/5/2010 Starts at 9am. I would recommend showing up early for the driver's meeting and to sign stuff early. This is an all day event.
Cost: $100
Requirements: Helmet
These events are the best track time/cost events around. You can lap as long as you want, whenever you want. These events are very laid back with a simple driver's meeting at the beginning to brief the direction of the event and any safety concerns.
Sign up here.
Tell your friends as well.

There are still spots open for this event. I would recommend just showing up and finding the event coordinator, Grant. He is tall with black hair and drives a silver Magnum SRT-8 that will be towing a red miata with an F22C swapped in. Be advised, the last spots will be first come, first served.

Wish I had seen this in time. I talked to Bandiscoot about coming out, but couldn't find the thread and thought it was cancelled. Anything like this going to happen any time soon again? I've got a friend who would come too.

Hey new guy here, a few of us in Tampa will be coming up most likely, possibly a lot more, but at least 3-4. I'm in an '03 s2k, buddy in a '99 911, and other in a newer STI not sure of the year. I think we'll sign up Friday. Anyone from Tampa in? We'll probably meet up around 8-9am to drive up, somewhere around the Hillsborough/275 area maybe? Shoot me a message if interested!

But, I'd love to come up and watch a bit. I really enjoy observing the driving of others and make lots of mental notes for my 'next time'
Gainesville is a gem considering how far we have to drive for anything near its fun factor Looking forward to seeing some S2000's find their limits
