Default Dyno 9.7.07

Well I know I started a thread on a Dyno Day in JAX, but I was getting my springs put on today at Velocity Trends and ... one thing led to another ... I had them bolt on my prototype RS*R 70mm single exhaust today, and do a before (baseline) and after dyno comparo. I'm sure there will be some discussion, and I could go on for probably 3 paragraphs, but I will just let the #s speak for themselves for now.

Behold the wonder!

The first two runs (baseline) are blue, the second two are green and red, respectively. The #s indicate the order in which they runs were made.

Edit: If you click on the picture a couple times, it will enlarge to full size, here are the #s:

(all stock, baseline)
First pull: 187.32hp/128.91tq
Second pull: 185.33hp/138.67tq

(with exhaust)
Third pull: 184.61hp/127.23tq
Fourth pull: 181.81hp/125.35tq

Weather was around 92*F all day, air pressure was 30.33in-Hg, Humidity was about 80% (doesn't show on sheet), pulls were done back-to-back w/o ice on engine or manifold, and on the second and fourth pulls the auxillary fans kicked on so the car was fairly hot.

I did not bring my magnify glass to work. Can't make the numbers out.

Could you post them.

I am sure we all will appreciate it.

Thanks.

Most new cars and especially the S2000 are so maxxed out/tuned from the factory that any simple bolt ons are mearly good looking noise makers at best. Many people loose hp from exhaust/intakes or gain a couple hp here and there in the rpm's but loose it elsewhere. It seems like a wash from looking at the dyno's to me.

That's the weird thing -- after they put the exhaust on, they basically started it up and immediately did a pull -- the AFR was around 12 the entire time! I think they just didn't give the ECU time to learn the exhaust, b/c I got about a point richer on my AFR after I bolted the exhaust on ... which is weird, b/c I thought it would lean out a little after the exhaust.

Yeah I realize that, but every other 70mm single I've ever seen on here has picked up 10-15whp, this exhaust is basically a stainless version of an Amuse R1000 w/ a carbon fiber muffler, I would definately expect it to make some power.
