That sucks. Worst part is Florida is a "No fault" state and if he didnt get a ticket you are screwed.
That's what I would worry about.

No ticket? For failure to yield? That's jacked. Too bad you didn't record him saying it was his fault. In the incident report, does it say anything about him admitting guilt?

I went to Gibbs and Parnell when a car hit me. You might have it harder if he changes his mind and says you did it since there was no ticket issued. If you got the police officer's name or badge number you may get him to witness. You need to act fast and make sure he remembers the event.

When I saw the 1st picture I thought the accident was from doing donuts in a parking lot.

so with the newspaper in the frame is the first image considered proof of life??

So the Charger was in the right hand lane and merged into your left hand lane?

After I read your post again it sounds like there is at least some alignment issues (maybe frame damage) so get everything checked out thoroughly!

Get the claim going ASAP Did you at least get the other person's insurance info?

Contact them first and then your insurance so they can start a reverse claim if needed.

James (VVS) may have some good advice since he has experience with insurance companies.
