Default Crash on Saturday night

Thats my car now :-(

I was west bound on I4 in tampa, when a guy in a charger decided to merge into the lane i was in, not seeing me....... He just came over and hit me while we were doing like 70-75 on the highway. We bounced off, and he overcorrected and came into me again.

The whole passanger side of the car is Effed up, rims, bumpers, pannels, top is ripped, and it pulls horriably to the right.

Anyone know a good lawyer in St pete/tampa for this kinda stuff? I have not formally filled with my insurance and want to see what my options are. The guy that hit me told the cop that showed up it was his fault, but he was not issued any tickets :-(

No ticket huh? what about wreckless driving, failure to merge, improper lane change etc etc

BTW the image is password protected and is requesting that info each time the page is loaded. please relink the image and use a host that is not password protected.

Sorry to hear about it. I dont know if I want to see the picture or not.

at least it is like new fixable it seems. Demand OEM parts and do not rest until they repair it to your liking.

Make sure you make it known that the Suzuka is a three stage paint and next to impossible to color match. they will most likely need to repaint the entire outside of the car unless the paint shop does extensive color testing. depending on the brand of paint they use, the metallic fleck will be a different size.

That sucks. Worst part is Florida is a "No fault" state and if he didnt get a ticket you are screwed.
