Nice stuff Jeff.
My father-in-law had something similar growing up. It was a '58 sedan with electric overdrive. He thinks it was a Mark II, maybe a Mark III. Apparently they were known to have quite a few electrical issues around that time. There are many stories about a little rain killing the car for a bit but knowing you you'll probably rebuild everything under the skin so she's fairly modern. Congrats. It's gorgeous.

Heck that's one nice pimpmobile for sure Jeff. Good luck.
Closest thing I was ever around was a '39 Plymouth with a 327 stuffed in. We pulled the drag bikes to the track with it. Had a living room for a backseat area and would lay volumonous clouds of smoke down whilst going sideways thru the McDonalds drive-thru. Kids....

That is the ultimate COOL !!! Driving slow is so much fun when you are behind the wheel of that thing.
However, I want to see the Triumph GT6 with the S2K drivetrain. Is this gonna' ever happen? We are talking about magazine cover stuff here....if you ever pull that one off. Stop teasin' us already and show us the finished product....
