I'm so sorry for your loss Ben -- please pass my condolences to April as well. I've lost 5 loving dogs since 1976 -- and they are such an important part of the family. They live immortally in our memories - their love never goes away.

Most of us here on the site have pets and are extremely close to them.
When a lose like ours happens our friends are a comfort to help us through the times.....I know there is a place for them in the after life that we share with them
