I have one. Only problem is in my opinion is its not a M, which means no LSD, suspension components are slacking, etc. the M cars are better built in every way. a lot of people have problems with the fuel pump and waste gate rattle also

Good thing is with a chip and meth your be at like 400whp and the car is extreme torquey.

send Fapout a PM and ask him about his experiences. He's about to sell his (non-convertible) and did some decent mods to it. He's currently driving an ISF as a comparo.

I like what I've read about them in regards to drive and power. It's a BMW so their history still carries the pro's and con's. Great driving experience ... expensive maintenance. Most will tell you to buy/lease with service and warranty included if you can. Otherwise buddy-up with a good BMW mechanic

If your thinking 3 series, you gotta drive the turbo diesel. Not sure if there is gonna be a 2012 but 2011 diesel is a torque monster and gets almost 40 mpg

I'm on my second 335i as a daily driver, and I love the cars. First one was a coupe. this one is a convertible. Very glad i got the hardtop convertible. If you're not in snowy conditions, and not really going to use the car for track purposes, dont get the AWD, it will only use more gas and tires, not to mention there arent many out there.

If you like convertibles. you will enjoy this car, very quiet with the top up. Yes its heavier, but, I've obviously tuned mine, so its making about 65 more horsepower and about 80 ft/lbs of torque down low over stock, and thats keeping it conservative. Not to mention the MPG on the highway with the direct injection is quite good.

If you wonder back to jacksonville, you're welcome to come drive mine.
