are there shops that could wrap or make different parts in cf? I thought i saw an oem trunk that a guy had wrapped in cf, but maybe i was mistaken. any info would be great

Wrapping an OEM part doesn't sound like a good way to go. Think of the extra thickness of the part... the gap around the trunk would close up, the trunk would look higher, etc.

i thought about that, but i really dont want to give up my trunk release. are there any brands of cf trunks that i wouldn't have to give it up?

The trunk release should be associated with the latch at the bottom, not the trunk itself.

Any trunk that latches to the OEM location should still function like the OEM hood - Yes?

I have not taken the time to see whats going on under there but logic would dictate something to that affect. I am thinking like the hood release.
