Anyone know the best/fastest route from Tampa to Miami? How long of a ride should I expect. Thanks for the help...

Depends how far north in tampa you are. It could be best bet to grab I-75 then hop on the Turnpike, or just take I-75 south. And again depends could range from 2-4hrs.

I will be leaving from Raymond James Sadium (Outback Bowl). I have been told to go through Orlando then pick up I-95 or go south and pick up alligator ally.

I-75 South through Alligator Alley is your best bet.

You can also take highway 27 (last exit before the alley) through avon park - or like Spa02S2k mentioned, I-75 all the way.
