Ok, so here is the deal. A girl I know is starting USF(south fl) and her mom is buying her a condo in the tampa area, she is looking for a realtor in Tampa, and she also wants to know wheres the best areas to live in. Thanks guys! I figure this is the best place to ask since Primo and the other Tampa Folks are on here so much!

 

Tampa Palms has some really nice places to live and it's a fairly short distance from USF. Other than that, Hyde Park is a great place for singles, but it's quite a hike to get to the campus from there.

 

yeah and hyde park is ridiculosly expensive isnt it?

I know a few realtors in brandon, but nothing in the Tampa Palms area.

I would say the east tampa area, tampa palms, or possible even west brandon would be decent.

 

Hyde park is too expensive. Too far also. Tampa palms is the only way to go.

I would say the tampa palms area. They are also building a lot near campus. There are some places right at Fletcher and I-75 and Fowler and I-75.
