Any experiences, positive or negative, by members with Coggin Honda in St. Augustine?

When I lived in Jax., I stayed away from Coggin!

They have a poor reputation.

Steve Lucas is a smaller dealer and very service oriented. Heck, they were the first Honda dealer in Jax. to offer loaner cars to their customers.

They forgot to tighten the drain plug bolt on our first oil change and it backed out during the drive home from the dealership,
When I called them to inform them of the incident they needed to "make sure it wasn't my fault" before admitting any wrong doing!
No one deserves such crappy service!

I will never go back to Coggin ... When they did my TSB for the clutch, they swore on the frikin holy bible that I abused the car and therefore needed a new pressure plate and flywheel...whatev

Boy, if someone from Coggin could see how bad their reputation is on this thread...
