Two questions:

1. It is required to have a Tonneau cover to participate? I meet all other requirements besides this..

2. I may not have read closely enough, I saw something about tickets, but are we required to by our tickets/passes or are they given to us for being in the parade/volunteering? AKA, what is the upfront cost to participate besides our RV/Food/Homebase cost?

You will need a tonneau cover, but I was able to borrow one from someone last year. Getting one shouldn't be a problem.

we are looking to our participants for the volunteers. we may not have the ability to supply volunteers during the actual parade lap time on sunday.

80 total man hours on saturday divided by 16 = 5 hours of time each and that might be hard to rotate around. I will have to consult with Shay to see about the feasibility.

48 total man hours on sunday divided by 16 = 3 hours......

I dont know, thats what they are asking for so maybe we will have to devise a plan for the best substitution routine we can muster.

let me see what Shay is thinking on this....

So is there going to be just parade laps participants only or volunteers as well?

It will be tough for us AutoXers to post up on Sunday @ noon.

We may need to get someone to do it for us.
