1/4 mile s2k day
We all know the s2k isn't a 1/4 mile car. BUT we all like to go fast in a straight line as much as carving the corners. We've had lots of track day events & autoxes for corner carving, but we haven't done a 1/4 mile day in a while...or at least not in the northeast area. 
Personally, I've never done this in the S2k.
So...would anyone be interested in heading to G'ville to get some time slips?

Scooter...while you are there can you get price info for spectating and driving. Also, what days they have open track days for anyone to participate.

That would be fun, I prolly wouldnt bring the S though I swore I would never drag race it, I would like to bring the camaro up there with you guys though.

i went a few months ago ... i think it was $5 to watch and $20 to run. They do a very basic safety check for slightly modified vehicles.

i'll update you guys tomorrow of any changes. I won't be running my car ... but i will be riding with some of my muscle car friends. I look forward to being in a 130mph car tonight!

g-ville is tons of funny ran out there years ago.. i belive the due test and tune on wed nights and a couple saturdays a month.. definantly worth the money i tried to go down once this year and run the car but we got rained out.. gotta get the new clutch before i can participate tho
