Default 02 S2k for MSRP?

Who in the Florida forum has been able to purchase an 02 S2k at MSRP and which dealership did you buy it from? What color (heard blue and yellow still getting premium $$)?

I've done some local Orlando "shopping" and got some ABSURD asking prices for the car!

Just curious....I would THINK that prices are lower than they were in late 01 but maybe I'm way off base.

Braman Honda in Miami, Maroone Honda in Miami & in Hollywood and North Miami Beach Honda are all selling it for MSRP.

PS, what was the build date on your new car?

You can get on the waiting list at Proctor Honda inTallahassee for a grand--refundable. MSRP. Whatever Color you like... Just make sure you see the salesman write it down correctly. I got a red with black interior and orderd a black with red...

I bought my Suzuka two months ago from Courtesy Honda in Longwood, (north Orlando), at MSRP. Kevin McDonald was the salesman and said they sell them at MSRP before I asked the price or even mentioned I might have a trade-in.

Thanks for all the info guys. Don't know the build date of my car...yet....will check on Monday. After checking around and making some phone calls, I bought the car from Blount Honda in Leesburg. MSRP. No funny added fees.

Had lots of problems at Coggin Honda and Classic Honda. Both had a yellow in stock but wanted between 36 and 38K for them. The lowest I got them to was 1.5K over sticker. OUCH.

I'm at Roebling Road in Savannah GA directing a two-day track event. We have FOUR S2000's running including a Suzuka Blue.

Anyone have good luck picking up a front air dam...cheap?

You mean the OEM lip or the whole bumper wchin?

I picked up my OEM lip for $318 on a group buy from H & A. I know several other Florida people have expressed interest in it, so maybe you could pull one together?

I did from Brickell Honda, but I would not recommend them, I have been waiting to get a tag from them for three months now.

Keith D, it's just the lip. $318 sounds right. I think it gives the car a more aggressive look. Dhoward has it on her car....looks COOL.....even when she's SPINNING (OK deb.....knock me silly)

Thanks for the info Jonathan. I actually already purchased the car. However, things MAY go wrong since I don't have it in my hand yet so if there are problems I will call you immediately. Thanks.
