On our way to Germany from the US. Anyone have tips needed to pass inspection? Can’t wait to see the S2K community in Europe.

Hey, I’m over here now. The inspection can be cumbersome especially for modified cars. They will typically do a decibel check is the car sounds loud and sometimes they can be picky on wings, I didn’t have one so I’m less familiar with what they will/won’t accept. Any cracks or large chips on the drivers side of the window will drive a windshield replacement and they are real picky on any sort of fluid leaks.

Hit me up if you want any track advice once here. I’ve done a bunch of laps on the Ring as well as a few at Spa & Hockenheim.

Just installed the HKS Hi-Power SPEC-L II EXHAUST due to not being that much loader than stock… I’ll PM you my number. I’m here now just waiting for the AP1 to ship.

With the spoiler you will not get German license plates.
You have to pass an emission test and a decibel test.
All other modifications must be registered in the vehicle documents.
Since you import the car, this is easier than for us, because for each modification certificates are needed.
You can then have your car completely approved by a company that specializes in this.
