Default Moving to Germany (Spangdahlem)

Hello, new to the Euro forums, but i'm moving to Germany real soon and i'll be shipping my AP2 there also. I have a couple of questions though about the laws there, haven't found much via google.

Do i need to install that red fog light that goes on the back of the car? even if i have a 3rd brake light?

I noticed there's a annual inspection. Would i fail if i have a test pipe installed?

Is the front license plate required? I have bumper plugs on the front.

and finally, i was thinking of buying a steering wheel, hub, and quick release before i leave (just got a buddy club seat and rail). Is the air bag required or can i do without (legally) LoL

guess that's it though... thanks for any info you guys have, and i can't wait to tour around Europe! Nurburgring here i come!

Thanks for the info deibit. Much appreciated. Hopefully i can find a way to modify my car while i'm there. Any info in suspension? i know there's a few quality german tuners like KW for example maybe i can go with them, if they provide the paperwork needed. Thanks again.

Hi,

there, join the german S2000 Community (www.s2k.de), there's an international section where you can post all your questions.

They sure will help you.

Sure there are ways KWv3, Bilstein PSS9, etc etc should not be a problem.. you only need to assure that the piece comes with the so-called T

J671:

Are you miltary by chance? If so, the rules are the same, but there are some notable exceptions...let me know and I will PM you a link with the regulations that cover you.

Stocky!

Things are back to normal with the S - got the motor replaced, put in a new clutch and she runs great. Still have to get the old motor ready for some sales on S2ki, but so far way too busy with work to find the time to do that. Maybe this winter! =)
