The only problem we have here is just, we are not going to have details till the end of this year.
We just want to invite the persons and communicate the event, after some organization developed.

But if you want to FIX the 2nd or the 3rd weekend of May 2005 for this Portuguese meeting, maybe it could be a good idea

Yes we can, but if we want to make a BIG event (with the minimum of organization and conditions), it has to be in Portugal. let me explain...
We (Clube S2000 Portugal), cant leave our personal jobs and our country during January, Feb, Mars, and April to organize and prepare all the Meeting. As you can imagine, it is very hard (and difficult) to organize and negotiate with all the restaurants, Hotels, Police, Banks, and members all the things... in a place where I don't have knowns and where I don't domine.
