I'm sure the organizers will chip in, but in the meantime here is the xlation as a service to the expat community

The meeting will be held during the weekend of May 22/23 in the Serra da Estrela region. Dinner / Lunch x 2, breakfast, accomodation, access to a runaway for some spirited driving and a few other goodies. Meeting venue and time is the parking lot of the Camelo Hotel in Seia at 12:30 on Saturday.

Price for 2 is 225
