Honda is ripping us off
I lost this round plastic thing on the rear bumper, or some actually stole it !
But ordered a new one, was down at the dealer today to pick it up. Damm them, they wanted 370,- BEF for such a small plastic thing, that's crazy !!! I bet it did not cost more than 40 BEF to produce !
By the way have any of you guys seen the device behind the round plastic piece ? Does any one know how the thing in there should be used ?
Yes you can consider this as a trick question

This thing keeps falling when someone hits your bumper when parking behind you, because of the distortion of the plastic. I lost it twice, found it back the first time (drove back to where it was parked!), then had to pay for it.
behind it is the thing where you can attach a hook to pull the car (look in the driver's manual)

But is the hook provieded with the car ? Because it looks like it's just a metal pipe, where a hook can be screwed into. Or is this standard on cars these days, so a emergency towing truck would have such a device on board ?

Huh SUN are you kidding? The hooks are in the boot under the cover. There's also the liftdevice (sorry don't know the correct english name) for the car to change tyres. Don't tell me this is a secret compartment for you?

No that's not a hidden room for me, I've have already changed tires once, but I did not see that there was a hook to screw into this device !
btw the lift supplied with car is a nightmare, so if you haven't used it, lucky you !
Maybe I really should look into that instructions manual !
