Hello Europe, I've gotten into a bit of a bind and Norwegian registration is revoked until I can cough up a TUV certificate for my PSS9 kit. Is there anyone out there with a copy you could scan me?

I think S2000 Europe had a kit...

 

Try the UK board, quite a few owners with PSS9 over there.
