Are they still operating ?

That's funny...

I lost a lot of money because they bankrupt
They never delivered my car and never returned my money

Could it be another company using the same Spoon name cover ?

I will be carefull with that...

I think Spoon main European dealer changed. See this:

"As many of you know Spoon Sports Europe had some hard times, now the new managers have decided to select one oficial distributor per country, being Todoroki the selected house in Portugal.

Being so we have access to Spoon Sports Europe stock along with direct import from Japan.

With this we hope to supply our costumers faster and cheaper"

Sumo Power dropped Spoon some years ago and is acting as J's Racing UK since then.

If you look in the first page of their site "Spoon Europe" they explain it

I know Mark and he is a nice guy and he looks very honest to me.

My problem was with Spoon Sports Europe:

http://www.spoonsportseurope.net/

The site is still active and having the guts to announce a car for sale that was paid and never delivered with no refund because of bankruptcy.

That's ridiculous to claim bankruptcy
The site has always been up and running and offering parts, haven't they?

Spoon Sports Europe is a perfect example of bad managment, they gone bankrupt twice in less than 3 years. Buy there and you can expect trouble

And last month i changed a couple of emails with them to buy spoon rotors... And they said i had to advance all the money and wait for the parts to como overseas... With that said i backed off from the deal.
