Alan made a fabulous one out of the mat on our table and Concorde landed on our table as well - whoever did that one - top marks! Mine were absolutely pants

Alan - thank you for your company - have to agree that the laughs just kept on coming - even when Lloyd and Rebecca were dangling over a cliff

Cliff hanging was a speciality of ours

I missed the paper plane fight as I was feeling decidedly rough, but looking forward to the rematch!

Just to bring this back on topic...

Well done to everyone involved with organising this amazing event. It was one of the best holidays I've ever had. Having been an event manager in my time, I have to commend the efficiency and professionalism shown by people who have done all this in their own time, for free and out of love for the S2K. Wow!

On a personal note, the trip has helped me become so much more confident in my S. Following a little accident in January involving ice, a motorway and some armco, I was on the verge of selling my S after only 4 months of ownership. Boy, am I glad I kept him. It truly is a relationship that takes time to grow. If I can keep up with the boys on the twisties, but also deal with Italians at rush hour on the Riviera, including darn mopeds and countless sirens, I can drive anywhere! And all in a right hand drive car!

Thanks again for the time of my life.

Dinibird. x

Excellent write up, love it, although it makes me sad that it's all over
