WTDX Official Dates
#104
Regardless what route we take to get down to Deals Gap, I have not seen written anywhere why the dates are earlier then Friday this year. I have seen LSD happens before but have not seen any "official schedule" Can someone point me in the correct direction? LSD is all on the Wednesday the 11th without an overnight away?
Otherwise I am chomping at the bit to try the stiffer CR on the dragon. It was an incredible differance on the track.

Anything before or after those dates are being organized by regional communities or s2ki.com/S2KCA members...it's not "officially" part of the planned events for WTDX.
The "CORE" activities for WTDX take place on Friday and Saturday.
Rough draft (TENTATIVE):
Friday early afternoon - WTDX Poker Run (organized by LINESUPER and volunteers)
Friday early evening - Registration and dinner (usually burgers, dogs, etc...and a time to mill around, socialize - sometimes at the ball park but again this hasn't been finalized)
Saturday early morning - Driver's Meeting then Dragon driving
Saturday lunch - grouped (possibly) and photo opportunity
After lunch - group drives to various destinations, tours, etc.
Saturday dinner - banquet
Hope this helps.

I have other drives planned for Thursday and Friday but you'll have to wait for details about them. Let me say they're very similar to the drives at DBRxi. (hint: if you'd like to see what they might be like, look up the DBRxi Wednesday, Thursday and Friday drives).
