We're goin up this weekend to check it out and see what's blocked and what's not... It kinda looks like we could come back foothills parkway.

I would expect that a month from now they will at least have 1 lane clear and be able to get traffic around it. it may be slow at peak times, but surely they won't have it completely blocked off
