I can provide hosting if people need it. I think I'm limited to a few gigs...

Unfortunately the bumper cam had an accident involving my right shin just before dinner on Friday. I tested a hasty repair Saturday while we were running down the Foothills Pkwy, but the mount was just too unstable. I have a machine shop building me an improved replacement out of steel, so I should never have that problem again. I'm supposed to pick it up tomorrow, so I should be able to get some bumper cam video at Sunday's autoX. I do have Dragon vid from my ztec mount though. A whole southbound run with the camera facing backwards and nobody behind me. Watching it has a very calming effect...

Hi all,

I just now am getting home after endless business travel since the Dragonball, so I haven't had a chance to download and edit video footage from the Dragonball yet...I'm playing catch-up now from that run and the Cincinnati run that just occured yesterday. I hope to have footage posted within the week or so...I'll let you all know when I have something up.

For anyone interested, I did post a short clip from yesterday's Cincinnati run where we had a Ferrari 360 join us for a short while (until he got a cell call that his wife went into labor!)...our S2Ks are awesome and all, but chasing that Ferrari was WAY TOO COOL!

Here's the link (I posted some old Dragonball pics from last Fall as well):

Yeah, as soon as we took that right hand turn at the light, he just floored it, and I couldn't keep up worth a damn! I was grinnin' and drooling as I watched in awe! The video is obviously a lot more clear on TV, but if you look closely, you can see him kind of veer to the left of the double-yellow when he caught up to the front end of the pack...don't know if he was contemplating a pass since he was going so fast at that point!

I really wished he could have stayed because I was planning on getting more footage and capture sounds of his engine - the engine sound was an absolute dream, straight out of F1! Way, way too cool!

Well, until I have time to edit the footage from a few weeks ago, I posted a quick 60sec video clip of me chasing 'Lovetodrive2000' on the Dragon last Fall 2002...

Ahhh the memories!
