Hey Marty...yeah...it ended up all getting done on Sunday and I knew you had some other plans.
Bryan is a mechanic who really loves tinkering...he must...on Saturday he went to Charlotte to install Raul's shocks...he didn't get home till 1am and then spends all day Sunday on my car. Quite a guy.

Have you ever heard of taking it easy? You must drive like a maniac!
I was following YOU!
See the quote on the color of pots and kettles.

what would cause something like this!!!
This is the reason Comptech made the reinforced caps and why the ap2 diff has improved caps.

Glad everything's back together, Robert. No problem on the AAA -- that's what I've got it for. I'm just glad we were someplace with cell phone service.
We were definitely blessed with a wrecker operator who knew what he was doing and was very careful with how he did things. From having some 2x10s for ramps to make for a better approach angle to grabbing a rag out of the cab to wrap the tow cable to make sure it wouldn't scratch the front lip, the guy was definitely a pro.
Again, thanks to everybody else who helped or offered to help out.
And, ummm, Bill... yeah, that was an interesting way to "head home the most direct route"

Are just the caps upgraded on ap2? Is it possible to put ap2 caps in an ap1 diff?
