What would you do? A sponsor that made a promise is not answering any of my emails!

All of the sponsors (except 1) for Wake the Dragon have supplied their gift certificates and/or actual product giveaways. I really appreciate their sponsorship too, thanks.
However, I have a sponsor that has not sent anything. The sponsor was to send a STB (Strut Tower Brace) for the giveaway in return of their logo on the event t-shirt and full page ad in the event program. We communicated a few times about this prior to my agreement to run their logo and ad.
I have sent a total of 5 emails requesting the items to be sent and/or the status of the giveaway.
To date, I have heard nothing back. This has never happened before and I hate it because this particular sponsor has let down the S2000 Community and our event, not just me.
I don't want to reveal the sponsor now, but I already have their logo on EVERY event t-shirt and their ad is already in the event program.
What should I do?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Raul I would try to call the sponsor. Explain the possible negative feelings that would be created if he decides not to respond in a timely fashion. Virtually everyone reads the posts at this site: a boycott would not be out of the question if push comes to shove. Just a suggestion.

It was my understanding that this was an event for board members. If this sponsor is also a board sponsor you should approach cthree and see if the board as a whole can take action against the sponsor. I am a paying member and hate to see things like this happen. I have had several bad experiences with board sponsors and will never do business with those particular people again.
I wouldn't necessarily put X's on the shirts, as that will just take away from the quality of the shirts. But if they do not produce I would absolutely make it known to everyone on the board and make an example out of them. If the business is not a board sponsor you should really slam them, as it would seem they have no intention of becoming a board sponsor. This may be a bit extreme, but who wants to do business with someone who doesn't live up to their promises? Not me.

I say we get a picture of the Red Thong Nurse that gave funsdead a lap dance and superimpose his face on it!
That'll teach him!
Then again, something tells me that we'll have a whole new set of photos this trip that we can use to incriminate him with!

Ewww! Did Phil suggest that we make the nurse pic'd in the red thong sit on this dreg-sponsor's face!!!
Ugggh!!!
...Then again......perhaps I might have misinterpreted Phil's comment ...
BTW, I agree...if it is a "business" sponsor and you can literally place a call to him try that over e-mail. Regardless...if the shirts are done, then they're done & if the sponsor backs out then the only advertising they'll receive is negative advertising by each of us wearing the shirt. I'm sure, once at the event, that if you specify the bogus sponsor, all participating members will be happy (when wearing the event shirt at *other* events) to point out to folks at the other events that the sponsor is a piece-o'-sh!t.
Worst thing that could happen to him! So don't sweat the sponsorship on the t-shirts all that much. If he don't come through...we'll all bash him for years! .

Thanks for the advice everyone. Someone figured out who the sponsor was and called them. They do not have their number listed online so it was not possible for me to make a call.
Supposively, a certificate could be made for a winner but I'm choosing to cut my losses. I reprinted 100 pages and removed the ad in the event program. Too late for the t-shirts, but Dave makes a great point.
If it was important to the sponsor, they would have sent the item back in early March when we first discussed the sponsorship.
Thanks again everyone. See you soon.
