^what he said. Foothills parkway is a nice run too, reasonably straight but nice views.
Reasonably straight?

I'd swear there were a ton of great sweepers on that road...

In fact I remember coming out of one with 5 cars on my a*s (I drive too slow).... we were only doing 68 in a 45....

And seeing a Ranger just as my radar detector went off! ....

Long story short....

He pulled over 35 of us or so!

But do to my charm... and nice conversation with him... and promising he could have Raul for the w/e...

He let us off no problem!
Don't get me started on that trip! The first time I go to the Dragon and I get pulled over with a bunch of throttle jocks and a stupid a$$ that though it was OK to have a drink while we were pulled over.

I should have taken that as a sign and sold that car.......

Yeppers..... The first 5 cars pulled off into the 1st overlook when we saw him hit his brakes and turn his lights on...

He started to pull in the overlook and heard the rest of the group coming and just stood in the middle of the Foothills Parkway and pointed to the rest to pull in!

Of course we all had to back into the parking spots as normal!
