RtD 2024 Early Birds Drive

Looks like some of us are headed to BOTD in the spring. Tim, Bob and I are going to stay in Wytheville,VA starting Sunday afternoon April 21st, 2024. Monday headed up to the Hellbender in WV. They did it last year with Ken. So we will go check that out. Then Tuesday we will trek back down to Fontana on some of the most amazing twisty mountain roads. Just too many to say. If you are interested just post up.
Do you guys already have a hotel in Wytheville picked out?
When you head home on Sunday are you planning doing the 6gap or something fun on the way home, I'm trying to decide after RTD if I want to head north or south.

So I need hotel in Wytheville for Sunday and Monday night, then Fontana starting Tuesday?

I am very tempted to join in on this. However, it's hard for me to plan this far out. If you guys are okay with me making a last-minute decision, I may join you. I was planning to bring the Z down this spring, however, I was planning to trailer that to Fontana.

Meet at 12:00 high noon on April 21st, 2024 at
McDonalds
955 South Shady Street
Mountain City, TN 37683
We will be enjoying some great roads back up to Wytheville, VA that day.
Lodging will be at the following location:
Travelodge by Wyndham
140 Lithnia Road
Wytheville, VA 24382.
We will stay there two nights. With both Bob and Tim driving around that area last year with Ken, one of them will lead the drive on Monday up into West Virginia.
Surprise guys you're it this time. Better to follow someone that knows the area then for me to wing it. LOL
Then on Tuesday we will make the trek back down to Fontana for RtD 2024.
