Don't get mine for almost 2 more weeks. First round I had the shoulder pain within a couple of hours. I then about 14 hours later started with the headache and stomach discomfort. About 20 hours later I got a fever. When I got the fever I took a couple of Tylenol and within 2 hours everything but the shoulder pain went away.

I have a slight headache but that may be from the excellent read wine we had at dinner.
