Oh. . .and by the way (I'm sure *most* of you already know this), the Foothills Parkway has been reopened and that's a great thing indeed. Expect our route on Saturday to explore this road. I miss it quite a bit. It's fast and very scenic and curved well.

I'll miss the old route, but the Foothills is easier to get to (right hand turn into the Parkway) and no stop lights to contend with. Also, I gotta say that the mere SIGHT of towering mountain side is awesome as we enter the Dragon country. Mighty fine sight!

So, if you've enjoyed the Foothills before, look forward to it again. If you've not, then really look forward to a great road.
