OK I have tried to call Airgate I think he hung up on me?. I Am trying to attend the drive. Heres the hard part, I am in Iraq right now and Should be flying back just in time to make the run with about a day to spare. I do not have a check book to send payment and there are a million things that could come up between now and then which could stop me from coming. I am trying to find out if there is any way I can pay at the door. My little S2000 is stored about 50 miles from the dragon. So that is the easy part. Could someone help me with this?

Roger...plan on making it! Under the circumstances, I'm sure Raul will allow for a "pay at the door" exception for you.

You're defending our country's interests in Democracy and the very least we can do is offer you a warm reception and fun-filled weekend with S2000 owners.

Will you be wishing just to attend the drive portion? Or will you be staying with others in the motel over the weekend? Do you need any assistance with making any reservations? If so, don't hesitate to ask for help...I'll be more than happy to.

But again, plan to come. It will be a blast and a wonderful way to come back to the States!

Hi Dave

Thank YOU

I would love to spend the weekend, I will have to wait and see before I can make any reservations at the hotel I think they will take my money if i dont make it. The army is nice enough to give most all soldiers two weeks leave while deployed here for the year.My wife is here (not on the same FOB) as well and the day before I found this website she told me she would like to go to an s2000 event. We have been to a few motorcycle rallys around the country. My little S has been staying with my brother since I left in Dandridge Tn. Not too far from there.

Thanks Again
Roger

I believe the hotel allows for a fairly late cancellation notice. I just checked mine and with a guaranteed late arrival (which I'll be), if I need to cancel it's OK as long as I do it before 6pm the day I was to check in.

Do try to make it -- you'll have a great time!

And Thank YOU for the job you guys (and gals) are doing over there.

Wow, is it me or does it seem like a small group this year? I'm still trying to see if I can make this one. I went to The Dragon more when I lived in Florida than I do in NC.
