earlier you stated NO EXCEPTIONS and about 5 others chimed in and said they liked the exclusivity of only s2k's running with the pack. would hate to be the cause of any splits in the group, or come all that way and be shunned because i came in the wrong car.

besides, that is a lot of miles to put on the car. at larry's the other day we talked about using his truck and towing it down there, not sure if he would be able to actually attend or not. plus it would relegate him to passenger level for the fun part of the weekend.

still not sure what work schedule is going to be, will let you know if it looks like i could swing the time off or not.

I know this is a big-time reach, but I'm going to throw it out there anyway.... Are there any GIRLS out there that would like to share a room with me? I got a room with two double beds. Unfortunately, all they had left was a smoking room, but they are going to put an ionizer in it. Any takers? I'm a good roomie! I don't snore or anything!

I just called and all they had left was one room/smoking and one suite/smoking. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. I booked it anyway. Anyone have a non smoking room that wouldn't mind switching with me or know of another close hotel that I can get a non smoking room?

Oh well, at least I got a room I guess.

The Jameson is booked-up. I made reservations at the Holliday Inn Express. It's a bit more expensive ($108.00 a nignt), but they tell me it is in walking distance from the Jameson. I think they have a few more room if anyone is still looking for a place to stay.

Call and see if they still have the suite. It was smoking and 106 bucks, but it was two rooms. The Holiday Inn Express is also over a hundred bucks, you can call them and maybe get a non smoking room.

Or, look for a room mate. Someone has to have a room that can share?

CRAP!!!! I called to see if I booked a double and could, therefore, offer up a bed to someone, but they don't seem to have a record of my reservation. So.... add me to the list of people looking for a non-smoking roomie for the weekend. Ugh.
