Really? A waiting list for Bourbon? Now, I see Bourbon as a great everyday spirit, but I find nothing in the roots of the malt to suggest anything pretentious.
I like Bourbon, but....

I like single malt Scotch as well Dave (especially 30 year old Glenfiddich) but I also appreciate good Bourbon. Time to expand your repertoire.
