anyone with good reccomendations for some techno?

Depends on if you are into more trance, hardcore techno house, or just some electronica.

Some personal picks for good people to look for would be:

* Four Strings ('Take Me Away', 'Diving', and various other songs, are amazing!!)

* Motorcycle ('As The Rush Comes' is a great song!!)

* Darude ('Sandstorm' and other songs are a well know staple among people on here.)

* Safri Duo ('Played-A-Live' is awesome when mixed properly.)

* Ian Van Dahl ('Will I Ever Love You Again' is really good, and so is 'Castles In The Sky'.)

* Lasgo ('Something' is a favorite of mine.)

There are tons more...you just have to seach for them. Also, if you can find any recordings of 'Radio 1' you can get good 75 minute long mixes that just rock!! I have one of Paul Oakenfold that is amazing!!

Always Hard House/Euro Techno for me...the harder the better! Warp Brothers is one of my favs! But as said by someone else, no music for me during the video taping process

Unfortunately, neither the dragon nor the multi-hour drive down or drive back is long enough to play the 14.7 days worth of music I carry on my iPod in the car...guess I need to drive cross-country and back some day

Suggestions for techno:

Step 1) Go to local music store.

Step 2) Buy Transworld 1-4, and maybe 5 if it's out yet. (Maybe not 1 and 2 'cause they're kinda old)

Step 3) Rip open all packaging and throw cd's into a 6 cd changer with the "Repeat All" option checked.
