Default LOOKING for a BED and Shower 9-12 Apr

Simply put, I am in need of a bed and shower (lodge room or cabin to share) for Rock the Dragon 2015 beginning Thursday and departing Sunday 9-12 April. I'm an 'older gent", non smoker, pretty much a good house guest and a smart dresser. I am willing to pay my fair share. PM me if you have room and want to save a few dollars.....Thanks, Ken

While Ken may be quiet, I think he has a wilder side that needs to be brought out by the right group of wild types. He also doesn't put his feet on the furniture or spit in the house (that I know of, anyway).

He's a good dude. Gene, you two should share a cabin or room or tent or whatever. I'm sure Ken will give you $3 or $4 towards the cost.

(That was my '04 NFR in those 7 Springs photos. Nice memories).

I initially booked a lodge room with two beds thinking I could split a room if someone was interested. Then I switched to a single cabin which has one bed. kitchen, bath, and one couch. I thought the cabin would be better for my hardtop storage if I wanted to remove the hardtop on some days.

They may have some single cabins available if you want to try contacting the resort, they are relatively cheap compared to other cabins/rooms ?.

I have a camp site. And can attest to the showers being nice and hot down there. I'll be camping In a tent but taking naps in my hammock somewhere more near or on the dragon. Safely.

Appreciate the tent suggestion, but haven't slept in a tent since the boy scouts. Afraid my bones aren't up to camping so I'll have to pass.

Thanks "J...." probably a good move for you and your H-top as it wouldn't be easy maneuvering that inside the lodge hallways .........

I am, however, looking to share a place to save some $. (and a couch 'may' be ok at the right cost share.....)

Have a look at the Willows Cabin I have booked, I've never been there before so I have never seen the cabin personally, but you can see a couple pics at the link below. If you find yourself needing a place to crash I'd open up my "castle" to you, the split on cost would not be 50-50 as you have to take the couch as good or bad as it may be. You will get our own parking spot and one of the rocking chairs on the porch, lol. $20 a night should be fair ?. I'm a quiet mid-forties non-smoker and I cook some damn good Italian food when I am up for cooking. I could call the resort and try to upgrade to a 2 bedroom if you wanted, it would cost more though. Hit me up by pm if you are interested or if you want me to look into a 2 bedroom.

Thanks - Joey

I slept on a couch in a Willow cabin last year and it was actually quite comfortable.
