Abrams Creek, if I remember correctly, is a great little trout stream. It flows from Cades Cove in the Smokys to lake Chilhowee. The cool thing is it's only about 5 min. from the Dragon. The lake that you drive along before you enter the Dragon is lake Chilhowee and Adbrams Creek flows in at the point where the Foothills Parkway hits 129. I'm not sure about liscences and such but I'm sure there pretty easy to come by in Maryville.

Thanks for the info. I'll do some research to see how much fishing licenses are, local outfitters, etc. and post that in the next few days.
