Just remember...

That car might not have been the cause of the accident.... but he suffered due to it....

Could have been someone else.... in his lane, and he bailed out of the way....

So don't go blaming someone till you know all the facts!

isnt there a 30mph limit on this road? surely he could have safely avoided something in his lane at 30mph...

my ins. co. told me never "bail," just let them hit you...then you're not at fault If you do bail, then you're at fault.

You've driven the Dragon... in some areas..... no matter your speed, if someone comes across the line.... you have a couple of choices..

1. hit the car/bike head on
2. try and get out of the way (and chance going over the hill)

dont you think the rx8 would have also been affected by said obstacle in the road?

or could it have been he just lost it on this difficult corner because racecar
