Just remember...
That car might not have been the cause of the accident.... but he suffered due to it....
Could have been someone else.... in his lane, and he bailed out of the way....
So don't go blaming someone till you know all the facts!

my ins. co. told me never "bail," just let them hit you...then you're not at fault

surely he could have safely avoided something in his lane at 30mph...1. hit the car/bike head on
2. try and get out of the way (and chance going over the hill)
