Agree. Those crossing the yellow, I'm sure they wouldnt want to be on the other end of that scenario either.

Forgive me for asking this question over a week since the original post, but if you guys noticed attendees of SATG passing on the Dragon, why weren't they asked to leave the event immediately? Just wondering.

Not on the dragon but other roads. Did not want to make waves during the event. I personally talked to the person. Now after the fact we should have done more. Thanks for the reply Sheila. The S2000 community shouldn't t have great reputation ruined with the locals because of someone's stupid or careless actions. If someone see this that person should be reported to the organizers and let them deal with that person. We are all there to have a great time and return home safely. Not a safety meeting people. Don't go there. Later David

Who did this and why wasn't I told? This dangerous, idiotic action is not tolerated. I don't care who you are, it is not acceptable by anyone, anywhere. If I ever hear of this again, the person who did this stupid, thoughtless act is banned for as long as I organize Dragon meets.

If I'm at a Dragon event and see or hear about passing in any location in which passing is not allowed, not just at the dragon. I might be inclined get a little vocal.

Oh, and I NEVER threatened to put an ice pick in anyones sidewall, that was just a vicious rumor. Just sayin'...

Hi Sheila,

In my Dragon experiece NO ONE- not even several BAD offenders documented with photos - has been asked to leave the event immediately. This is among the reasons we have stayed away in recent years. I am optimistic that safety and good manners will return to these events, however, and I appreciate not being the only voice on this issue.

Hope to see you and Ron at an event before long!

Dave
