Great pics tidalwdave!! It's amazing that your pics look that great without any post editing. Very NICE!
I agree that the Digital Rebel (aka 300D) is a great camera. In fact, there is a firmware hack that enables the majority of the features to make it function like my 10D.
BTW, where did you take that pic of the waterfall with the 2 S'? Also, what lenses do you use?

Dave, that's Bridal Veil Falls in NC. The road behind it is no longer open due to a huge rock fall.

The lens I used was the Canon US EF 20-35mm zoom lens.
Other lenses I have are 18-55mm that came with the Rebel, the EF50mm, and the EF 75-300mm. Also have the Sigma EF-500 DG Super flash, which I love.
What are you using?
I'm afraid to try that hack to get the custom features on the Rebel. I'd hate for it to void my warranty. I got the 3 year extended Best Buy warranty, I'm sure I'll use it sometime in three years.
