Ken: Registered in the other thread but I will confirm here that I am in for the Little Switzerland adventure.

Most of you have never done one of my dinners before so here's a quickie course in what to expect. Dinner will be 4 courses and dessert. Because we have to drive back to Robbisville from Asheville, there won't be paired wines this time. At most one glass of sparkly and one wine throughout dinner. I have no idea what will be on the menu because the chef cooks for us and most of the time the food we eat isn't listed on the menu anyway. I've never been disappointed with any meal I've had at Cucina 24. The food is excellent and there's always a lot of it...what more could you ask for?
