The dinner banquet menu for Saturday night at DBR is listed below. This should be an amazing dinner! I had the chance to sample the prime rib at Tapoco this weekend, and believe me, you will not be disappointed!

Prime Rib of Roasted Beef Carving Station with Horseradish Sauce
Loaded Mashed Potatoes
Seasoned Summer Vegetables
Yeast Rolls
Mountain Berry Clobber Station with Vanilla Ice Cream

This includes Tea, Water, Coffee and Soft Drinks. Any additional beverage can be purchased at the cash bar.

For those with food alergies or any dietary restrictions for whom this menu will notwork, please send me a PM with your specific needs by no later than the end of Registration on Sunday 8/28/11! Chef Shea at Tapoco will work with me to make sure those needs can be accomodated.

I'm sure Jackson would love to come...... but, not sure how he'd do on the Dragon... or all the other drives!

 

Sheila, I PM'd you - chicken or fish for the main entree would be fine. as it is Tapoco has my diet restrictions and I think they are aware, but I'm not sure how that all plays out in this banquet. Really, as long as I keep the non-red meat, the other items are ok in moderation. And thanks for thinking of us sexagenarians.

 

I'm really looking forward to the tasty eats at Tapoco. Mmmmm!
