^ That may explain the timing, or it could have been the Targets that must be on our cars.

Those Darn Bears like too have fun also.

A sea cow was spotted in many un-flattering and compromised positions. Pics i'm sure will pop up here.

A group of adults were drinking beer and wine coolers out of childrens monkey, hippo and lion sippie cups.

The hot dogs and cheese at the bar were trucked in leftovers from the Cleveland vs Reds game in June.

At the banquet, Vodka and iced tea tasted like s$%^, luckily the gift shop had cranberry juice.

On a more serious note...
Came around a hairpin turn to find a Lexus Ls400 in my lane on Friday. Swerved to avoid the header. Who was in the Silver S behind the Lexus?

The dragon ate my clutch on the last run of the weekend on Sunday; had to "nurse" it all the way back to Charlotte. Getting a new one tomorrow (under extended warranty, hopefully!)

My apologies to my group for cutting short a "perfect" run on Sunday morning, but thank you all so much for your concern and support!

Overall...a WONDERFUL weekend. Is it time for Wake the Dragon yet?

Sorry to hear that. Do you think the 100+ entrance to the Fontana Dam sprint did you in? hehe

Hope you get her back on the road soon.

WTD06? Can we survive till then.

That was Sharon and I Rich......We saw her almost take you-out and was wondering who was in the "S" ??? The ladies in the Lexus were talking to each other, all the way through the "Dragon" I even told Sharon, as we were running 10mph. that I was going to lay back because I didn't want to see what was going to happen. If they would have stopped at Deal's Gap resort, I was ready to have quite a talk with the driver! She was on the "Other" side of the road, more than the right side. Never seen anything like-it!!! You were NOT the only one they cut-off! She had a "Rocket-Bike" sitting on the side about a 1/2 mile down, after your incident. Right after that, a Harley. She just kept on "Plowing/Thru" I was so mad, there was going to be a "Seen" at the resort. Glad you are OK, and you were in complete control!!

The worst part of this whole story is that is my wife's first memory of her first Dragon trip... screaming in terror and stepping on her imaginary passenger brakes.

Hope she (your wife ) realized, after the weekend, that "ALL" are not as "Ignorant" as those two, in the Lexus! Hope to see you and yours at WTD'06.Happy to learn who it was in the STOOK! Sharon asked all weekend if I found out. It happened so quickly, we couldn't see any faces, and we didn't hear anyone mention it. Thought it was another group. Glad you are alright! Good driving Rich!!!

What irritates me is that The Man will come and ticket sports cars and crotch rockets all day... but completely incompetent drivers such as this (and the guys on cruisers who don't know how to lean) get left alone. UGH.

I was following a Buick behaving similarly (though not as bad). Frequently 3-4' into the other lane, etc. I held my camera up and started documenting her driving so if/when she killed a biker due to her negligent driving she'd get what she deserved. Oddly enough she stopped crossing the yellow soon after I started taking pictures.
