Fred, you have a great outlook on things... though if the insurance company was withdrawing funds even after canceling your coverage, I'd think a good lawyer should still be able to get your something back - even if it's just your payments.

My brother inlaw is a lawyer and is looking into the whole ing problem.
However the amount of time, money, and energy required to win would probably offset any rewards.
If I keep my nose to the grindstone at work, I could make more than enough to fix my S. So that is where I am going to focus my time and energy.
