Should have everything finalized in the next few days. Speaking with some friends now. One of the owners that we are going with needs to stay at the hotel, due to his job he needs to have either cell phone or internet access. So we are arranging that now.

Correct me if I am wrong but cell phones do not work at the inn eigther... and I don't think they have internet access.... just telephones.
