Default Check the AIR in your SPARE!

The S2000 spare tire seems to lose about 15 psi in a year. I checked mine tonight and it was about 45 psi (temp in the low 70s). I topped mine up today (60 psi is the spec). Check and top yours off if you carry one.

I checked mine, which sits in the garage.

Hadn't carried it since S2KDays SoCal.

I got a flat last year, put on my spare only to find out it was FLAT! luckily I was close to home so I just drove on the flat spare to avoid ruining my actual wheel / tire. Spare was ruined when I got home, had to throw it out and buy a new one.

Check your spare!!

I, like many others on here, know the value of a spare tire. I just topped mine off, too. The only time I’ve driven without it is on the track.

Forget the spare......make sure you have a PLUG KIT stashed in your car! ASK ME HOW I KNOW? OK, you can probably figure that one out on its own.

Mine is dry rotted but it's at 62psi so at least I can only maybe die on the way home.
