Update. Parts should arrive tomorrow. Already in $1300. Expecting another $1000-1200 in labor and for the rear axle re-install.

Hope to have the Berlina back by next weekend, as I have a buyer for the 944.

Sorry to hear about this Jamie! I'm glad the damage wasn't any worse than it was. The best thing you can probably do as far as a recourse goes is file it on their liability insurance policy and see if they pay it or not.

Driveshaft and Diff arrived this morning. Ordered replacement wheel bearings. Should be in by Monday. Car should be buttoned up by next Friday.

UPDATE: Wheel bearing arrived Saturday and were installed Monday. Axles, replacement driveshaft and Diff were installed Friday. Car is all buttoned up. Total cost $1098.20.

Aaron and I are picking up Saturday afternoon.

Picked up the car on Saturday afternoon. Had the garage do an oil change (OEM Honda filter) and a Trans drain/fill. Car runs almost like new! Still doing a shake down, as I haven't had at top highway speed (speed limit, +8) for a long duration. Looking for any additional vibration or issue.

So far, so good!
