More than happy to be tailgunner for you Bama! I think that’s where I’m most comfortable at the moment.
I would like to meet up at the waterfall if possible. I’ve heard lots about but never been to the upper falls. I’ve camped at the lower falls twice, and it’s always been worth the hike.
Is your plan to go directly from Fontana to the falls? Or lunch stop before? The google maps link above says two hours, so arrival ~11:30…. I can definitely work with that timeframe if so. I’ll be glad to be up there regardless. Can’t wait!!
