Alcoa is located in a beer-only county (Blount), I think? None of the restaurants serve alcohol, only beer. Never actually seen a liquor store in Alcoa/Maryville; usually stop in Knoxville (since that's where I stay anyway). It may not hurt to bring whatever you want, just to spare the hassle of finding a store.
