in on juan...June 13th here I come! If the discounted rate is still $199, im might not be going up the 10th after all

btw, when is June13td???
the microtel down the road is 50 a night...you can still come for the week and just stay there, then switch over to the lodge for whatever the min amount of days raulo requires to be able to eat at the banquet on saturday
LOL, I'm not 'requiring' anything...we have organized an event with the best options available given that Fontana is booked solid and Alcoa, TN was simply too far for planning this year's "comeback" special of DBR.

Registration itself will be less expensive and give folks the option of t-shirts etc or not.
i am definitely thrilled with the idea of being at tapoco vs alcoa. i wont let the price affect my enthusiasm, we'll figure out a way. please dont take the questions as shots at your organizational efforts sheila. they are thoroughly appreciated

Patrick you are not paying attention!! This offers the OPTION for people to stay wherever they'd like and still be included in the Saturday night Banquet at Tapoco. Registration would include the dinner for EVERYONE. Tapoco will reduce the room rate per person for Sat night for those that stay there. However if you look at the total package I think you'll find Tapoco Lodge is a great upscale experience for the event days. Your call of course.

but you said to eat dinner at the banquet on saturday you have to stay at tapoco, which i can understand...i was just wondering if i only stayed there on fri and sat is that enough to be welcomed at the sat banquet...if we have to stay there thu/fri/sat to qualify, so be it, just tryin to save some coin where i can, if i can...otherwise i will stay all 3 days

Wonder if they offer a weekly rate discount I'd like to have the time to drink some rye and stumble down a mountain
